Review: SUDS Swanson's Ultimate Detailing Services in Citrus County, Florida + Our 2009 Toyota Yaris is Up For Sale

In preparing for our move to Cuenca, Ecuador we are selling off most all of our possessions and our family vehicles. Last month we sold my Chevy Silverado 1500 (my wedding gift from Dan <3 Now we have our 2009 Toyota Yaris up for sale. Now, it did have to have a major detailing before we could list it for sale. Dan found SUDs on CraigsList and after speaking with Doug we knew we were going to use his company to detail Candy's car.

Review:

We believe in giving reviews on all the services we use. So here is a positive one for a small business in Citrus County, Florida that we have no issues giving a plug. If you are in the area and need a car detailed call SUD's and ask Doug to help you out.

Doug took my mother-in-law Candice's Toyota Yaris from a Furbaby car back to almost brand new. It was amazing to view the transformation as he worked in unseasonably hot Florida sun non stop for 7 hours. He took the time to use a clay bar to remove stuck on dirt. I am amazed on the amount of labor for the price we paided.

In addition to being the only employee of his company, Doug is also a veteran and that's a big plus for us as well. His integrity and ability to focus on details was important and he didn't disappoint at all. Doug earned 5 shamrocks easily.

It does seem funny to both of us that as we prepare to depart Florida for Cuenca, Ecuador to retire we keep discovering good things about this area of Florida. I hope this review helps Doug with his new company, he deserves it!

The Bowen Knot - Shamrock Rating System

One Shamrock: This indicates the worst service possible. If awarded, it means we would never EVER use the service again. If it was a food establishment the food was barely editable. This means a complete fail with little to no redeeming features. We will never go there ever again.

Two Shamrocks: This is a service that we might consider using again to give it a second chance. But, the experience that we had would normally cause us to award one shamrock if not for some key redeeming features. If it was a food establishment the food was okay, but still sub-par. We didn't like the food. Serious room for improvement exists.

Three Shamrocks: Normal middle of the road service. We might have had some bad or some good but they were offset somewhat. This is service we would use again but we will look for a better provider. If it was a food establishment the food was good. We like it and will return. There might be room for things to get better but it is still a decent meal.

Four Shamrocks: Great service. This is a definitive repeat for us. We like a lot about the service and recommend it. If it was a food establishment the food was excellent. We liked it a lot. We like the place enough to return frequently. There are very few detractors.

Five Shamrocks: Outstanding service. This is service that treats us above and beyond what we think we deserve. We consider this what we would want to find all the time and what we hope all service providers would want to obtain. If it was a food establishment the food was perfect. No issues whatsoever. We loved it and would eat there everyday.
